Here comes the Pennant Parade

The next few posts are going to all feature the new stamp set, Pennant Parade.  There are many different looks you can achieve using the same stamp set, but varying colors and usage of stamps.  This card uses the pennant stamps, as well as the new Petite Pennants Builder punch.  The punch makes it so easy to quickly make elements for a card.  Also used on this card are the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border, Modern Label, and Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack punches.  The Square Lattice embossing folder was used on the Pacific Point cardstock.  Basic Rhinestones were added to the top of the hats for a bit of bling.  Click here to purchase the new Pennant Parade stamp set.
